Meet Our Founder
Nicolae Toma is the owner and inspector of True View Property Inspections LLC. Before becoming a licensed home inspector, he served as a firefighter in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he gained a deep understanding of building construction and fire safety.
A personal tragedy to his own home became the turning point that inspired him to pursue a career in home inspections. Nicolae completed his pre-licensing education through the Inspection Certification School and is now a licensed North Carolina home inspector. He is also certified through InterNACHI and holds additional certification in radon inspections.
Driven by a desire to provide for his family while helping others make informed decisions about their homes, Nicolae founded True View Property Inspections to deliver clear, detailed, and dependable inspection services. He takes pride in educating clients about their home’s systems and works to ensure they have a true and confident understanding of the property’s condition.
Based in Rutherford County, Nicolae proudly serves homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals throughout Western North Carolina.
