Meet Our Founder
Nicolae Toma is the owner of True View Property Inspections LLC. He started this company with the desire to help others make informed decisions about their future or current property. He has a passion for educating clients on the different systems of their home and strives to provide them with the true view of their interested property.
Before becoming a home inspector, Nicolae served for years as a firefighter in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. While there, he learned the importance of quality building construction and effective fire safety. He completed pre-licensing education through the Inspection Certification School and is now a licensed North Carolina home inspector. Nicolae is also professionally certified through InterNACHI and has an additional certification in radon inspections. He is based out of Rutherford county and serves all other surrounding counties.
